Aluminum scrap is melted at 660.3°C, purified, and cast into extrusion logs for further processing.
Preheated aluminum billets are extruded, cooled on the table, pulled for uniformity, and inspected for quality.
The process involves sawing to extrusion length, followed by aging and pre-treatment, and finishing with a mill finish.
The products undergo inspection, are carefully packed, and then delivered to the customer.
